Membership is available in two types: Special Member and Regular Member. All Special Members are entitled to attend Special Member Workshops.
Special Member ($120.00 per year)
Special Member is:
One who is teaching ikebana to students or who is entitled to teach ikebana.
One who devotes oneself to ikebana, puts efforts into the promotion of ikebana.
Who agrees with the aim and philosophy of Ikenobo Society of Floral Art and pays membership fees.
Holds a #6 instructor of Ikebana 3rd Grade or above
Benefits:
1. Hana-komichi newsletter (monthly issued), Hana-no-Arakaruto Magazine (annually issued), lkenobo Calendar
2. Entitled to attend the Special Member Workshop
3. Entitled to attend the Workshop by the Visiting Professor
4. Entitled to order Curriculum books, vases, and kenzans for students
*Please note a teacher must attend the prescribed workshop before ordering curriculum books, vases, and kenzans
5. Entitled to attend courses at lkenobo Central institute of Ikebana
6. Entitled to access the Special Member Page for Special Members
7. Special Member is entitled to apply for diplomas for students.
Regular Member $45.00 per year
Regular Member is:
One who is learning and practicing ikebana.
One who holds a diploma and aims to be a Special Member.
One who agrees with the aim and philosophy of lkenobo Society of Floral Art and pays membership fees.The major advantage of Regular members is to be able to obtain diplomas granted from the Headmaster.
Only members of Ikenobo Society of Floral Art can hold lkenobo diplomas.
*Regardless of holding diplomas or not, everyone can enter ikenobo membership when they start practicing ikebana.

2. Entitled to attend workshops by the Visiting Professor
3. Entitled to attend courses at lkenobo Central Institute of Ikebana
4. Entitled to access the Regular Member Page for Regular Members
