Applicant: When applying for a certificate, review the certificate guidelines to make sure you have enough classes accrued. When you have enough classes to apply for your next certificate, submit the certificate application form along with your list of completed workshops to your sensei. Sensei: The sensei will collect fees for certificates and submit the appropriate fees and application form to the Chapter.
Chapter: The Arizona Chapter will collect and summarize all application forms from teachers. The Chapter will submit application forms and fees for certificates to the Diploma Department in Kyoto in March, along with membership renewals and applications for new memberships.
